What is DBT?
Dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) teaches skills that reduce emotional suffering. Our programs cover DBT skills across three separate modules:
- Emotion Regulation
- Distress Tolerance
- Interpersonal Effectiveness
Each module incorporates mindfulness practice and is available as a self-paced online course.

Interested in Group Workshops instead?
We will be running group workshops to cement your DBT learning onsite at our clinic in Crows Nest. These run on a weekday evening during the school terms and require commitment that you will attend in person every week for the duration of the course (9 weeks).
